Ease into your day with a gentle, breath-led flow. Morning Stretch is a relaxed-paced class that blends simple Vinyasa sequences with mindful stretching to awaken the body and release overnight stiffness. Movements are slow and intentional, with an emphasis on linking breath to movement at a comfortable, unhurried pace.

Expect slow a nice long warm up sequence followed by flowing postures, low-impact transitions, and longer pauses to stretch and open the hips, spine, shoulders, and legs. This class builds warmth without intensity, helping to improve mobility, increase circulation, and create a sense of calm, steady energy for the day ahead.

Suitable for all levels, this practice offers a balanced start to your morning, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and gently energized.

Morning Stretch/Flow

This morning practice weaves together breath, movement, and mindful awareness to gently wake the body and settle the mind. We begin with seated breathwork to center attention and build energy, followed by unhurried, breath-led flow that warms and grounds. The practice gradually opens into deeper stretches to release tension and support nervous system ease.

Expect a class that feels both uplifting and steady—calm, soulful, and quietly strengthening. The pace is meditative and accessible, inviting you to arrive fully in your body and begin the day with clarity and presence. All levels and all bodies are welcome. Options are offered throughout.

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, breath-centered practice that links movement and breath into a continuous, fluid sequence. Each class offers a creative and thoughtfully paced flow, building strength, flexibility, and balance while inviting a sense of presence and ease. Expect a blend of sun salutations, standing postures, and mindful transitions, with options offered throughout to support a range of bodies and experience levels.

Our teachers each bring their own unique style and rhythm to Vinyasa, so no two classes are exactly alike—but all are rooted in intentional movement, clear guidance, and respect for your individual practice. Whether you’re looking to build heat, release tension, or simply reconnect, Vinyasa Flow offers space to move, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Lunchtime Express is a shorter version of our Vinyasa Flow class. It's the perfect midday break to get you recharged for the rest of your day.

Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced, supportive practice designed to help you move, stretch, and breathe with ease. This class focuses on simple, accessible postures, mindful transitions, and longer holds to encourage relaxation, mobility, and body awareness. Sunday Sadhana is a holistic, traditional yoga practice that weaves together the physical discipline of Hatha Yoga with the meditative depth of Raja Yoga. This class is an intentional, well-rounded practice designed to cultivate balance across body, breath, and mind.

Expect a steady progression that includes chanting, pranayama, asana (postures), pranayama, and meditation. The pace is moderate and mindful, with an emphasis on alignment, awareness, and the subtle energetic effects of practice. Each element is offered as a pathway toward greater focus, inner clarity, and nervous system regulation.

Rooted in classical yogic principles, this class invites students to move beyond purely physical practice and into a more contemplative, integrated experience. Suitable for all levels, with options provided, it is ideal for those seeking a deeper, more intentional approach to yoga.

Slow Flow is a mindful, breath-led practice that invites you to move with intention and ease. Postures are linked in a gentle, unhurried sequence, allowing time to explore alignment, build strength, and cultivate awareness in each transition. The slower pace creates space to connect more deeply with your breath, refine your movement, and settle into a steady, grounded rhythm.

Classes often include longer holds (3-5 breaths), simple flows, and moments of stillness, making this an accessible and supportive option for a wide range of bodies and experience levels. Each teacher brings their own unique style and perspective, offering variations and encouragement so you can move in a way that feels right for you. Slow Flow is ideal for those seeking a balanced practice that is both calming and quietly energizing.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues, joints, and ligaments rather than the muscles to invite a deeper opening and enhance the flow of energy through the body. Seated or reclined postures are held for 3–5 minutes or more, allowing the body to gently open while encouraging stillness of mind.

This practice emphasizes passive stretching, mindful breathing, and present-moment awareness. Students are invited to soften effort, cultivate patience, and observe sensation without judgment. This practice supports improved mobility, joint health, and energetic balance by stimulating the body’s meridian pathways. Yin Yoga is a complement to more dynamic practices.

Restorative yoga is the art of conscious relaxation and is based on traditional Hatha practices in that it includes asana, pranayama, and opening of the body. However, unlike a traditional Hatha class, restorative yoga focuses on stillness, full body support, and regulation of the nervous system. Rather than “doing” as we would in a traditional asana class, restorative yoga asks to focus on “being”. Restorative yoga invites the practitioner to rest deeply in stillness, using props to support the body so that the nervous system can shift into a parasympathetic state of healing and restoration.

Suitable for all levels, including those recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply needing rest. Restorative Yoga offers a quiet space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative, guided meditation practiced lying down in a comfortable, supported position. In this class, you’ll be led through a series of awareness techniques—such as body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization—to help calm the nervous system and invite profound relaxation.

There is no physical movement required, making Yoga Nidra accessible to all bodies and experience levels. As you rest between waking and sleeping, the practice supports stress reduction, improved sleep, and emotional balance. You’re encouraged to make yourself as cozy as possible with blankets, bolsters, and props.
